Q-Barcode License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by QW Enterprises, your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

One registered copy of Q-Barcode may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one computer, or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both.

You may access the registered version of Q-Barcode through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network.

The Software is owned by QW Enterprises and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you may not use, copy, or distribute the Software without authorization. This License authorizes you to (a) make one copy of the Software solely for backup or archival purposes, or (b) transfer the Software to a single hard disk, provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes.

You may not rent, lease, sell or loan the Software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the extent the foregoing restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

In no event shall QW Enterprises be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, with limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability of this QW Enterprises product, even if QW Enterprises has been advised of such damages.

Apart from the foregoing limited warranty, the software programs are provided "AS-IS", without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. The entire risk as to the performance of the programs is with the purchaser. QW Enterprises does not warrant that the operation of the programs will be uninterrupted or error-free. QW Enterprises assumes no responsibility or liability of any kind for errors in the programs or documentation, of/for the consequences of any such errors. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Hawaii.

This License is governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without reference to conflict of laws principles. This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and QW Enterprises and supersedes any other communications or advertising with respect to the Software and documentation. If any provision of this License is held invalid, the remainder of this License shall continue in full force and effect.
